- What the document reports
- Identity and measurement values as the document states them, each tied to where it appears. The original string is kept beside any normalized reading, including the operator, the units and the measurement basis — “≥ 99.0%” and “99.1%” are not the same claim.
- Results explained
- What the named method measures, in plain language, grounded in this document rather than in general knowledge about the compound. Where an explanation draws on reviewed reference material, that reference is identified separately from the document itself.
- Information to clarify
- Fields that are missing, internally inconsistent, or too unclear to read. A gap here is a statement about the upload, not an accusation about the material or the issuer.
- Document checks
- The outcome of each specific check that was run. A passed check means that named check passed — not that a product passed an independent safety assessment. There is no overall score, because an overall score would invite exactly that misreading.
- Issuer-record check
- A separate status with its own timestamp and scope. If no supported check exists for the issuer, the status says so. An unreachable website produces “could not complete”, never a fraud warning.
